We'll teach you how to temper dark chocolate, and then you'll dive into making your own slab of dark chocolate bark. Explore our factory and see how we go from bean to bar, tasting along the way! We are a working factory, so for safety reasons, we'll provide hairnets for all and require that you wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour or class reservation, Raaka Chocolate must receive your request 7 days in advance of your reservation for a 95% refund. Within 7 days of the reservation, customers forfeit 50% of their reservation fee. Same day cancellations will receive no refund. Non-negotiable. Email [email protected] to reschedule or cancel.
For tours and classes, at least four people, total, must sign up. We'll notify you 24 hours in advance if we didn't meet quota and fully refund your money.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
