What you'll learn in this chocolate making class:

For the chocoholics!

Students learn how to work with chocolate to create Chocolate Bonbons, Mediants, and Truffles by working with our chef to the master the techniques!

What's included:

This is a 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class.
Each student can taste their own hand-made Chocolate Bonbons, Mediants, and Truffles!
Each student will go home a selection of what they made in class, as well recipes and detailed instructions to create these chocolate goodies for family and friends!

Please Note:

All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Students work in groups of 4 (maximum).
BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”.
Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.
IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrived more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

Refund Policy

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. for refund requests made no later than 6 business days before the start of classes/events.
No refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.

We had very little opportunity to “make our own” chocolates. There was only one station set up where the instructor led the class asking for “volunteers” to stir or add an ingredients at times. Most of the class was spent in silence watching not because the instructor was talking but literally it was silent. We would like a refund!

This is hands down, the best chocolate making class. I took another class the week before this one and did not like it one bit. I was in a hotel guest area, there was no kitchen and everything was done in disposable utensils. It had a "date night feeling" and was full of ppl drinking alcohol while making chocolate and etc.. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THAT! I got a very thorough look into making chocolate and was able to ask all the questions I had. The best part - I was in an industrial kitchen and got to see how the pros make chocolate.

Unfortunately I had an emergency and was unable to attend. I called in and asked if someone could go in my place and was greeted by a friendly representative. My sister and my father went in my place and they said they had a blast. I was told the class was very thorough and they really enjoyed learning how to make the truffles.
