We loved the class. Both chefs were great. One improvement that could be made is we needed a little more room or a few less people in the class. It was hard to roll sushi elbow to elbow

No gloves, didn't get to eat our sushi and there was hair in the sushi we ate. This was a poor and expensive experience with little assistance or reinforcement of instruction from the instructor. I wish I could get my money back.

Miette

Miette means, "little crumb" in French. This name was chosen while giving cooking classes at the restaurant Tartine in the West Village. Since Tartine means "slice of bread" we thought it an appropriate name for the school!
