Instructor took her time and her assistants were helpful and friendly. It was amazing experience for my partner & I.
I was a little disappointed with this one. There were too many people, and it was difficult to see what the instructor was doing. There weren't printed recipes so no way to take notes. The food was taken away to be baked at an undisclosed time and temperature. There were no extras (like dipping sauces for the samosas--which were bland). The only recipe card we got was for a dessert that we didn't prepare and weren't served. The "helpers" were all very nice, but had no idea how to cook the recipes, so couldn't answer our questions. In the end, there was barely enough for a meal. All in all, it seemed more like the cook was a student doing a presentation than a teacher there to help us. Everyone was very nice, and I enjoyed meeting the people at my table, but I'm not sure I would take a class from Taste Buds again.
Great class! A lot was already done for us, but otherwise perfect! The recipes have been fantastic every time!
Really fun class - just wish we had learned a bit more complex cooking techniques and had been sent recipes!
The chef was very informative and the staff was helpful. I felt like I learned some valuable kitchen techniques. I only wish there were larger portions :)!
James was a great instructor! The class was simple enough for non-chefs, and lots of fun!
So much fun, loved the instructor and the food was delicious. Definitely came out of it with more knowledge on certain techniques. Would have been cool to be able to take a recipe home for what we cooked or for them to have someone take photos during the class but still really enjoyed it.
The studio space was beautiful and the setup made it very fun and easy to follow. The teacher was a great host and teacher. I cant wait to come back as well as try to make the croissants at home!
