What you'll learn in this canning class:

Late summer means top-notch tomatoes abound! Once you've gotten your fill of the fresh stuff, the next step is preserving for so you can have fresh tomatoes year round. In this class, we will walk you through picking the right tomatoes for and instruct you on the science of flavor and safety in canning and preserving. Canning can be daunting for the novice, but you'll get all the tools you need to can with confidence. In this hands-on class, learn the basics or brush up on tips and tricks for canning safely and effectively.

Refund Policy

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
