This class is all about petite eats and big flavors, as you get hands-on stretching, forming, and marinating bocconcini (mini mozz).
The only thing better than milky, mild mozzarella? Freshly pulled and marinated mini mozzarella! The Italians call it bocconcini (meaning small mouthful), and this class is all about petite eats and big flavors.
Start by tasting exceptional versions of fresh pasta filata-style (pulled curd) cheeses, like mozzarella and burrata, while sipping house wine. Then get hands-on with fresh cheese curds, stretching and creating your own high-quality bocconcini. Once they’re formed, you’ll marinate them in olive oil and the flavors of your choice, to take home and savor.

Additional Information
In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
Mozzarella Making is for ages 16 and up. For those under 21, non-alcoholic beverages are available as a substitution for house wine—please notify us ahead of time for proper set-up.
