Learn how! This skills-based class is designed for students of all levels who want to create beautiful celebration cakes.

- Covering cake with Fondant
- Covering cake board with fondant
- Coloring Fondant
- Using molds
- Quilting Method
- And More!
- Chef’s coat or apron
- Small container of Crisco or other shortening
- Cornstarch
- Rolling pin
Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests received 8 business days or more prior to the start of the class will be provided a full refund.
- Cancellations received less than 8 business days in advance will receive a class credit to be used for a future course.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
