Description
What you'll learn in this wine tasting class:
During this class you will not simply taste a carefully chosen selection of some seriously bad ass reds from across the globe but you will blind taste them. This is a fun and interactive class with an emphasis on developing your palate. We will teach you how to both recognize signature aromas in traditional black grape varietals and explore tannin, fruit, acidity and body, which when combined will help you determine what styles of red wine you enjoy the most.
Refund Policy
You can change or cancel your class reservations up to 48 hours in advance. No credit will be issued if you make changes less than 48 hours before the start of your class (sorry, no exceptions). However, you are free to transfer your space to a friend, a family member, or a colleague.

Charles was very knowledgeable and the wines were very good. Our class was held on the 2nd level, which is the artists' studio. It does not have the ambience of the cellar. For the cost of the class, I would expect better atmosphere.
