What you'll learn in this drink making class:

Learn the secret to steaming perfect latte milk and pouring beautiful designs! Students will learn the science behind steaming milk to achieve the proper latte texture and temperature, and how to pour latte art using what's called a "free pour" technique, which does not use tools or stencils and instead focuses on the espresso, milk, and the barista’s technique.

The class is two hours long with an emphasis on hands-on practice. By the end of the class, students will have the tools and knowledge to steam milk to the ideal texture and temperature and pour a heart design into a latte.

All materials are included and students are welcome to take photos and write down notes throughout the class. After the class, students will be able to purchase coffee and equipment at a 10% discount. No experience necessary.

Similar to your prior user, I am a huge fan of oat milk and would love to learn how to make my own latte using a dairy alternative. Will baristas are willing to show us how dairy alternatives differentially steam, that is - if there is even a difference between milk used and the steaming process?

Great class to learn basics of latte art and how to steam milk. They really let you practice a couple times. Would love it if they offered a class using alternative milk(almond, etc.) and teas.
