  • Begin your journey with a classic salade niçoise, featuring crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, tender potatoes, seared tuna, and soft-boiled eggs that combine fresh flavors and appealing textures.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests can be made up to 48 hours before the event.

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the event, we can only issue a 50% store credit.

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the event, no refund or store credit will be issued.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Chef Paige was hilarious and made learning fun. She gave background knowledge on the food we were cooking with. Her staff, Edgar and Armando, were super helpful and knowledgeable as well.
