What you'll learn in this pie class:

In this class, we will make pies that highlight the fruits of Fall & Winter.

We will also learn the science and technique for making the perfect flaky and tender crust. We will make:

Apple Lattice Pie
Sweet Cranberry with Orange Rosemary Cobbler
Rustic Pear Galette with Vanilla Bean Brown Butter
and our secret recipe for Stuffed Apple Dumplings, served with Creme Anglaise.

At 6:45, we will be ready to greet you with appetizers, aprons and recipes. All classes start promptly at 7pm, although late arrivals may join in at any point of the class.

All classes include in depth instruction, pie tastings and wine!
All you need to bring is yourself.

Refund Policy

If you cancel fewer than 24 hours before the start of a class, withdraw once the class begins, or do not show up for any reason, you will:

Forfeit the full amount of your payment.
You may, however, send someone in your place or to receive recipes.
