What you'll learn in this bread making class:
Nothing makes you feel more accomplished than home made bread. Learn the tricks of making yeast happy, keeping your bread light and fluffy, and how to use whole grains in simple one day breads.
You will learn
- Whole Wheat Cranberry Loaf and Rolls
- Olive Oil Dinner Rolls

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:
- You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event.
- Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
- Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
- In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Holiday Breads
The class was a fun activity to do as a group since it was a birthday outing, but I walked away realizing we didn't get recipes or actual quantities to be able to make the bread at home. We learned some interesting facts and our instructor was nice, but I think the complete recipes would have been just as useful as the techniques and facts about grains.
