A bit pricey. This class mainly points you in the right direction. It is a beginner class and felt like one. Honestly I wouldn't recommend it to my friends simply because of the price versus content. With that being said we did gather some good info but felt like something(s) were missing. The instructor was very nice and professional.

Excellent class, great teacher. But honestly, at my age, I would never be good at it. If I took it thirty years ago I might be decent.

This is really a course of wide nib (classical Roman and italic) for beginners. Elizabeth did give a lot of useful info - including further reading and materials. Time and money well spent. The only thing I would like more of - "how to's". Though - it is mostly practice. It was very convenient to have a the class in the morning (12:30- 2:30 pm). Thanks a lot for the class! I wish there was a Copperplate class the same time.
