What you'll learn in this jewelry design class:

Your jewelry should resonate with your individuality, who you are, and what inspires you. For that to happen, each piece needs to be as unique as you are. By learning how to create and style your own pieces, you free yourself to an entirely new world of expression through your accessories.

What you will learn:
Metalsmith Jewelry Design is a class designed to walk you through the basics of creating your personally designed silver ring. You will use basic metalsmithing techniques such as sawing, filing, and soldering to create your own ring with personalized designs created from silver sheet and rod.

From the original draft to your final design, the instructor will walk you through every step of the way and help you lay the foundation of your own metalworking and design skills.

Important Thing to Note:

You’ll take home a customized silver ring with you at the end of the class.

Megan Isaacs is a brilliant and patient teacher. She clearly explains each objective, demonstrates how it's done then personally guides you through each step. She always makes sure that the students are hands on with all tools and materials. She deals with any student error patiently and professionally. The result? A perfect sterling silver ring that my wife shows off to everyone. Nobody believes that I did it all on my own- but I did with Megan's expert guidance.
