This class was FANTASTIC. Carlos is an incredible teacher. He is always encouraging, knowledgeable, and interesting. He allows you the freedom to pursue what you are interested in and helps steer you along the way to complete your project. I also love how he introduces art/artists into class in ways that make you think about art differently. I will definitely be taking more classes with him. -

Really great. I learned so much and realized how much patience is a part of restoration. Our teacher Max was terrific. Each project went home stronger and fresher than how it came into class. I really enjoyed the weekend. -

I greatly enjoyed the woodworking class with Carlos. I hadn’t worked with wood in decades and was pleased with what I created with Carlos’ help. On the very first day, he led us through an activity to use our imagination to come up with what we wanted to design. From there, it was a matter of refining ideas under Carlos’ great care and support. Carlos is kind and helpful and able to resourcefully solve problems with you. -

The class was very informative, especially for me, since I have had mixed success with patina applications.
