What you'll learn in this other wine pairing class:

Colorful, bold and spicy describe the Creole people of New Orleans just as much as it describes the food that dates back to the pre-1800s in the Southern United States. Louisiana Creole cuisine is a style of cooking which blends West African, French, Spanish and other influences into amazing appetizers, succulent seafood dishes, one-pot meals and decadent deserts.

The food and wine team will put their take on Nouvelle Creole options, strategically paired with wine to bring out the best in each other while providing a heavy dose of southern comfort.

The wine and food were great. However, the food portion was small compared to the other class I took here. The gumbo was so delicious, I would have liked a bit more of it!
