It seems like people are drinking rose all day these days. Yes, it’s fun to drink and the color pretty to regard. But rose has a lot of complexity — from the way it is produced (traditionally and non-traditionally) to the varying colors that are achieved through vilification practices. We won’t have all day, but a good 90 minutes to explore the intricacies of this wine category, taste roses from around the world and determine what style is ideal for you or ideal for a specific occasion. Certified sommelier and wine educator, Charles Springfield, will be the class instructor. Charles has been teaching wine classes in New York City for the last seven years. 7:30pm
