Irish whiskey boasts a fascinating history that extends far beyond the beer-and-booze bingefest that is St. Patrick’s Day. The variety of wines and cheeses was great! I definitely learned a lot and got to try new things. The only reason I did not give this a 5 is because the class started 15 minutes late and we found out after the class that some of the information (history) provided was wrong. Overall it was very enjoyable!
