About Jose Nieves
Jose Nieves is an SCA-certified barista and coffee educator with 15+ years of experience in New York City cafés. Through Brewed By Jose he leads small-group, hands-on workshops covering coffee history, extraction science, milk steaming, and latte art. Students get real time on professional equipment, take-home reference materials, and a certificate. Classes are beginner-friendly yet useful for aspiring baristas and café staff.
