As a third time visitor to NYC this was my first visit to Chelsea. I was very pleased with the tour and the knowledge of our guide Rafael Rosenberg. The tour was planned by a friend and most likely is not something I would have found on my own. The afternoon spent in Chelsea was one of the highlights of my trip. I will most definitely do another tour my next time in New York. -
