What you'll learn in this monologue class:

Monologue Perfection: 4-Week Monologue Class with Private One On One with Paul Fouquet


Taught by award-winning casting director Paul Fouquet, this monologue class is dedicated to finding you perfect monologues best suited for you and your type. Paul's approach will find you the best pieces to help you book jobs and land representation as well as remove any fear you may have in performing them.


The first week, Paul will be working with everyone where he'll instantly tell you what is or is not working, so get ready to work! He'll also give you a list of ideas from plays that more than likely you've never heard of before. Between weeks 1 and 2, Paul will bring you into his office with a private appointment so he can edit and piece together the monologues so you can be on your feet with one by week 2.


You'll begin work encompassing an intensive work session in which you'll get grounded in the technique of approaching the monologue as a scene. In the following weeks, Paul will coach you to Monologue Perfection so that by the last class you will have numerous monologues ready to perform.


Note: This 4-week class also includes your private appointment between weeks 1 and 2.

School Notes:

Class end time will vary depending on the number of actors and the scenes that are assigned. Registrants are advised to budget extra time, as class time may run over.

Refund Policy

We regret that we are unable to give refunds under any circumstances.

  • If you cancel at least 3 business days before the scheduled time of your seminar, you will receive credit for monies paid.
  • The policy for an online class or special event is 8 business days prior to the start date in order to receive credit for monies paid.
If you cancel in time, credit is automatically returned to your account. If you are canceling late, no credit is given unless we find a replacement for you. We have, on occasion, been able to replace actors who cancel late with others from wait lists or who might be standing by. If you are replaced, as a courtesy, we will not charge you for the late cancellation. Please consider any late cancellation a charge on your account, and any resulting replacement a courtesy. You may want to readjust your schedule to attend since, although we do our best to have full seminars, we can never promise a replacement.

If you are a “no show” for a seminar, you will not receive credit under any circumstances.

    Paul Fouquets class was great and a riot overall. He loved questions, loved giving good useful information, use the tine wisely in class, we all got enough individual time, some critiques to better ourselves and most of all comfortable. I would like to see him teach a more advanced level monologue class as well. Would love to get a deeper training from him! He is very accepting, honoring and excited about each and every person. Hard to find teachers that will do that but also care. Everything went very well and he is a sweet man.
