What’s better than butter? Homemade butter full of one-of-a-kind flavors. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to transform heavy cream into incredible butter that’s nothing like your average grocery store sticks. Then, we’ll explore a variety of options for creating flavored compound butter, a fridge staple that’s every home cook’s secret weapon, and you’ll create two customized versions to take home!
And because we love cheese, we’ll also walk you through some of our richest cheeses to discover how butterfat contributes to texture and flavor. Join us for a dairy lover’s dream evening.

Included in the class price are continuous pours of wine for those 21+.
Additional Information
In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
Burrata Making is for ages 16 and up. For those under 21, non-alcoholic beverages are available as a substitution for house wine—please notify us ahead of time for proper set-up.
