Description

Learn to make the delicious French puff pastry, the Mille-Feuille, also known as Napoleon!

The preparation of the mille-feuille includes the special folding technique, making a light custard cream, and of course, baking. Students will also learn to make madeleines, the traditional French accompaniment to your tea or coffee.

This is a 2 and 1/2 hour hands-on class.
Each student can taste their own hand-made mille-feuille pastry and madeleines or bring them home to share!
Each student will go home with recipes and detailed instructions to the mille-feuille and madeleines at home!

Please Note:

All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Students work in groups of 4 (maximum).
BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”.
Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before listed class time. Class will start promptly at listed time.

Refund Policy

All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Refund/Reschedule Policy (No Exceptions): We offer a 100% refund and rescheduling. If the requests are made no later than 5 days before the start of class.
No refunds or rescheduling will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting is canceled by Atelier Sucré, in which case 100% of the class and fee will be refunded
Late Rescheduling Fees (No Exceptions): For rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the group class/event, there is a $50 per participant fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
