I thought it was a very insightful class. A lot was packed into 2 hours. The class did go over by around 15min and there was question and answer after that. I wish I would have know ahead of time that the session was going to go over the alotted class time. I could have planned accordingly to be able to fully partisapted past the advertised class end time.

Loved this course! The instructor wasted no time and jumped right in. We were all laughing AND immediately seeing the impact of the exercises. I really enjoyed the instructor, and this was a great introduction. I am already looking into taking additional improv classes for deeper practice.

Enjoyed the first 45 mins learning about the design thinking process. Didn’t enjoy applying it to the case study provided. Would’ve preferred to apply it to myself professionally or personally to increase its relevance
Intro to Facilitation

It was suuuper focused on this concept of neutral facilitation, not confident leadership in other forms. I think this would be a good course if you specifically want to learn how to lead focus groups or debates that you're externally hired to facilitate. When I signed up, I was hoping to apply it to leading trainings and meetings but that wasn't what it's about so I was ultimately disappointed. The instructor was charming and qualified though.

Well aside from it being cancelled about 2 hours before it started it was pretty good. I felt like I sitting was on my couch watching a rerun of the Mary Tyler Moore show on Hulu.
