Focus Mixed Martial Arts

Established in 2011. Mr. Acosta has been doing martial arts for 23 years and has been teaching for 17 years. 

He believes that martial arts is useful as a tool to develop discipline, self-confidence, and commitment. And he have seen it help kids and adults overcome their insecurities, improve focus, and achieve the goals they set for themselves. 

Focus Mixed Martial Arts also can be used as an ultimate workout and a tool to defend oneself, if needed. Teaching ages range from 2 1/2 years old and up, and gives us the opportunity to demonstrate that martial arts is not only a great way to be healthy, but also a way to fight stress.
