We opened our first cafe location on a quiet street in the Industrial Business Zone of Greenpoint, Brooklyn in 2005. As an independently owned and operated coffee company, we are proud to have grown to seven retail locations throughout New York City and in-house coffee roastery. We strive to promote specialty coffee from sourcing to roasting to brewing in a socially and environmentally responsible manner by maintaining transparency and developing positive relationships with the people we work with along every step of the process.
Great class to take for an introduction to the intracacies of steaming milk and latté art! I won't forget what I learned during the class and it was fun to practice the technique. One thing that could be improved upon would be a bit more time to practice all the techniques we learned, but I'll just have to come back :-). The class size is kept very small, allowing direct interaction and helpful feedback from the teacher.
