My mom and I had so much fun in the class! We ended up making a pouch and now we use it for our travels. Ingvild is a very patient teacher and we’re so happy we took her class.

I came to the Alterations private class with the intention of really understanding how to alter clothes so they actually fit me. For many years I've worn oversized tops, boxy shirts, and so forth. This was an ambitious venture for me: how to keep my beloved garments but update them to my actual (slim) measurements. I found Ingvild a very reassuring person. In fact, she had such a reassuring presence that I was able to discuss frankly the aspects of my figure I wanted to de-emphasize.
I came home excited about the various ways I can remake the garments I already own. I am pleased that I signed up for time with her.

Very useful class! Ingvild was lovely and I liked the way she set up the class, having me bring in a couple items and work on them together while explaining everything and giving me instructions for continuing.

I’ve taken sewing classes with 10+ students and I much prefer the private classes, as I can get all my questions answered without waiting. Ingvild is patient and encouraging. I was able to finish the pouch in 1.5 hours, working at a leisurely pace.

really enjoyed the class with Ingvild. This was my first time painting since middle school and I wanted a class that would help me understand the basics of painting. Ingvild is a great teacher. I also a blast meeting other students in the class. Highly recommend for both beginners like myself and more advanced students as the Vedic Art Method has different steps depending on the students experience

It was a great class! I felt guided and comfortable enough to take on the challenges. I felt the teacher had a good vision for the class and it was not overwhelming.

An amazing course to develop creativity and intuition! Ingvild is very warm and provides a great environment for participants to develop painting skills. Through the course, the participants will learn basic techniques to introduce beginners to the art world :) All materials are provided and she also provides great advice about how to create your own settings to paint at home. Loved the course!

Ingvild ran a fantastic class. The group really clicked with her as she shared stories and approaches that helped us explore our creativity through painting. Highly enjoyable and recommended if you'd like to learn to 'let go'!

This was an amazing class! Ingvild is such a patient, informative, creative and FUN teacher. She broke us out of our shells and shared painting tips that will last a life time. She encourages you to find your own creative signature and follow your own ideas. She supplied all the art supplies you could imagine and we got to go home with everything we made. Highly recommend and will be going back!

Ingvilid was a wonderful teacher. Knowledgeable, personable, and patient. She listened to what i had to say and she tailored my lesson accordingly. She reinforced basic skills, showed me new techniques, and imbued me with confidence to carry me into the projects I want to work on. Highly recommend.

Ingvild is so lovely, patient, and funny. I had a great time learning a new skill. I will definitely return to sew my next project- a skirt!!!

The class was perfect. The instructor was so knowledgeable and attentive. She made you feel relaxed and confident. I will definitely continue classes with her to advance my skills in sewing!

Myself as well as my daughter found the class very informative for beginning sewers. I'm looking forward to taking my classes on sewing with that same setting.

The course was just one hour but it gave me a good introduction to acrylic painting and ways to use right side of my brain for creativity..

Ingvild was absolutely amazing. She was patient and very knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and confident during the entire lesson.
