Founded in 2012 by Natalie and Cody, Bat Haus has been a community hub for Brooklynites, artists and creatives. We are a coworking space for freelancers on weekdays, an event space for private events, classes, and workshops on the weekend!
We offer classes, like pizza and pasta-making, cocktails, hand-woven tapestries, plant dyeing, sound bath ceremonies, food history classes, and more.
Students at Bat Haus have positive things to say about the classes offered. They found the classes to be informative and fun, with instructors who were helpful and knowledgeable. The classes provided students with the opportunity to learn various techniques and create their own ceramic pieces. Despite their lack of artistic ability, students were able to get started and enjoyed the process of working with clay. The classes were well organized and supplied with everything needed for students to work. Overall, students had a great time and expressed a desire to take more classes in the future.
