Salsa – Shines & Turn Techniques (Level 3)

In this level of Salsa, you should have a good foundation and understanding of Salsa timing, know how to lead or follow inside and outside turns and variations of these turns

Prerequisite:
You must have completed the 8-week Salsa Bootcamp and preferably a few cycles of Bootcamp II class OR have at least 4 months of dancing Salsa On2 style.

In this open level class you will learn more complex turn patterns with different hand variations, challenging shines while strengthening the fundamentals and improving your skills.

During each class, a new variation is presented and time is allotted for practicing various steps and turns called combinations.

Leading & Following techniques are broken down to help you understand how to make combinations work out on the dance floor.

As you master more and more of the skills being taught, you will begin to create fun turns of your own and you will feel more comfortable putting moves together into your own combinations.
