What you'll learn in this self improvement class:
Synchronized breath, meditation, and movement are pathways for self-transformation and healing in the practice of qigong. Soaring Crane Qigong, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, provides specific techniques to help move stagnation from the body, restore optimal functioning of the organs, glands, and energetic system, and help to maintain the mind, body, and spirit, as an integrated whole, in extraordinary health.
Techniques offered in this course will address a variety of health issues, including circulation, elimination, and detoxification challenges; irregularities in blood pressure, kidney, cardiac, and respiratory function; and head, joint, back, and other pain issues. Participant’s specific health issues will be addressed.
Note: Health practitioners who take this series can build upon their repertoire of healing technologies.

- Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
- Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.
