After completion of the Graphic Design Foundation Course, students are prepared to enter the backbone of our program, Graphic Design Project Series.
This program presents an innovative structure that allows students to focus on completing a sequence of very specific projects that provide an incrementally challenging educational experience. Students work in the classroom and in the field focusing on a broad range of subject matter and technical skills. Every other month we introduce a new project that fits within the architecture of our ongoing project-based learning philosophy. Through different projects students are introduced to new and advanced software tools and design concepts.
Ongoing weekly class, billed monthlySome project types include creating business cards, greeting cards, magazine covers, brochures, posters, logos, fonts, advertisements, e-newsletters, product designs, multi-page layouts, digital paintings and more. By creating a very tangible suite of projects with dynamic creative outcomes, our program provides a compelling mechanism for group learning with individualized experiences. Students are challenged to this about not only the effectiveness of their designs but also their personal voice and artistic expression.
