Class Description

Description Cancellation Policy

Description

The global street art movement has carried graffiti from urban walls into galleries and design studios, establishing it as a fully legitimate and powerfully expressive art form. In this camp, students study graffiti aesthetics and techniques as a creative foundation for producing their own large-scale, galaxy-themed spray paint paintings on wood panels. Students will work with acrylic paint, spray paint, and Exacto knives to develop compositions that are bold, graphic, and entirely their own.

  • Learn to work safely and effectively with spray paint, acrylic paint, and cutting tools
  • Experiment with techniques such as soft mist spraying, raised stenciling, bounced paint effects, and creating comets and galactic streaks
  • Complete one large-scale finished spray painting to take home at the end of the week

Refund Policy

  • Students who wish to withdraw from a class or program will receive a full refund upon receipt of notification 15 business days prior to the start of a class or workshop minus a $35 handling fee.
  • After the first week of classes, Students can receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after the second class.

A full refund will be given if the school cancels a class or the class or workshop is filled before your registration is received.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
