Class Description

Description

What you'll learn in this beading class:

This class is project-based, students will learn the basic technique of raised beadwork and create a 3D flower Iroquois style. All materials will be supplied by me along with a full beading kit to take home to finish their project. Students will Design and create a pair of raised beadwork earrings, flower medallion or brooch, and an Iroquois medicine purse.
Trade secrets will be shared to create professionally finished pieces.

All skill levels welcome, these are small classes so attention to effective individual learning will be applied.

If you have any old necklaces/ chains please bring them, we can recycle and re-purpose them within our project. I will also have some extra haberdashery for you to purchase for future projects if interested. Repurposing is encouraged.

Please Note:
  • Bring scissors if you have, if not it's ok. We can share.
  • All beading materials and tools will be provided and included in price
