What you'll learn in this craft class:
In this hands-on class, you will learn about various skin nourishing ingredients and production techniques as you make your own lotions, creams and salves. You will make and take home one of each!
Join Jo Anne Richards, Herbalist, Formulator and Resident Teacher at Remedies Herb Shop to learn how to custom craft your own lotions, creams, and salves! Address your personal skin care challenges and goals. In this hands on workshop, you will learn the difference between lotions, creams and salves.
We will discuss benefits and characteristics of nourishing skin care oils, herbs, and other ingredients, as you learn to create your own formulas. Jo Anne will give you a handout filled with plenty of “how-to” information, including recipes, safety guidelines, and Jo Anne's list of her favorite materials suppliers and resources.
***Students should bring aprons to protect clothing. All other materials will be supplied by the teacher***

- Cancellations made with at least 8 business days notice qualify for a full refund less 5% cancellation fee or may use the credit towards a future class of the same or lesser value, within 6 months.
- Cancellations made within 2 to 8 business days of class may use the credit towards a future class of the same of lesser value, within 6 months.
- Cancellations made with less than 2 business days prior notice do not qualify for a refund or class credit.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
