Madeline "Maddie" Irmen began dancing at the age of six in her hometown, Toledo OH. After she graduated with a BFA in dance from The Ohio State University in 2013, Madeline moved to New york City where she is dancing in projects with Erik Abbott-Main | Boy Friday, Danté Brown | Warehouse Dance, The Median Movement, and Quentin Burley Dance Group.
At Dancewave, Madeline teaches Creative Ballet, Creative Movement, Creative Modern, Pre-Ballet and Creative Modern. Madeline's favorite aspects of teaching at Dancewave are watching her amazing students use their creative problem solving skills to help their classmates, and enjoying the simple happiness of dancing together.
