Join us on Thursday, April 18th for a performance and post-performance reception with the company hailed as “contemporary dance at its most evocative and beautiful” (TimeOut) — with an Art-full members’ dinner before the event at da Andrea Chelsea.

Sydney Dance Company returns to the Joyce with Artistic Director Rafael Bonachela’s critically acclaimed ab [intra]. Meaning ‘from within’ in Latin, ab [intra] is an exploration of our primal instincts and impulses. With a driving score composed by Australian musician Nick Wales, lush cello fuses with ambient electronica as the exquisite dancers occupy a visually arresting, ethereal world that reflects our shared complexity of being.

Plus, we’ll have the exclusive and unique opportunity to mix and mingle with the dancers after the show over drinks in Joyce’s downstairs lobby! Don’t miss this opportunity to experience the best of contemporary dance while also having the chance to meet the dancers along with fellow art-full women!

All tickets include a seat in section B with the group. Full experience tickets also include 1 alcoholic beverage OR 1 appetizer at dinner. All additional food and drinks should be ordered and paid separately on site at the restaurant.

Event will be guest hosted by dancer & Art-full ambassador, Andrea Smith.

Refund Policy

Most bookings are non-refundable and require a 48 hour minimum notice to exchange for a future instance. Select refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis upon request.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
