Experience a rare and valuable opportunity to learn directly from a major television casting professional at one of New York City's most prominent and respected casting offices. This highly experienced casting associate has worked on numerous new television projects for major networks, including Paramount+ and AMC, bringing deep years of industry experience and professional insight to this intensive workshop.
His extensive television casting credits include major series such as "The Good Wife," "The Good Fight," "Medium," "Dirt," and "NUMB3RS." He has recently cast pilots for "Capitol Law" and "Elsbeth," both for the CBS network. In recognition of his excellence, in 2012, he shared the prestigious Artios Award for Best Casting in a Drama Series with Mark Saks for his creative work on "The Good Wife."
The intensive workshop begins with an informational presentation and overview, followed by a comprehensive and thorough Q-and-A session where you can ask questions. You will learn about professional on-camera auditioning techniques and develop an understanding of the critical differences between approaching material for series regular lead roles versus guest roles and co-starring television roles.
You will receive your assigned side selections via email in advance of the session, giving you time to prepare. Each participant works on-camera in a group setting directly with the casting professional, receiving detailed professional adjustments, guidance, and constructive feedback on their interpretive choices and preparation level.
