A rare opportunity!

From one of NY's busiest casting offices, Michael has worked with Beth Bowling and Kim Miscia for 15 years on numerous television and film projects.

An Artios Award Winner alongside Beth and Kim for excellence in casting, Michael's credits include: THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT, MR. ROBOT, ALMOST FAMILY (pilot), THE ENEMY WITHIN, GOTHAM, BLUE BLOODS, SLEEPY HOLLOW, HOSTAGES, GOSSIP GIRL as well as several pilots and NY searches over the years.

After an informative virtual Q&A, you'll work with him in a group as he coaches you through your scene in a format that replicates his office's casting process.

He'll provide you with constructive feedback along with on-camera audition tips that he feels are imperative to booking roles on a professional level.

What to prepare:

  • Michael will select sides for you which will be emailed to you to prepare in 1-3 days in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Once scenes have been distributed, if you late cancel you will not be replaced!

Please follow the procedures listed below:

  • Arrive at least 10 MINUTES before your event is slated to start. Your host will give important information about the event at this time.
  • You will be emailed your assigned studio the morning of your event.

Pearl Studios has two addresses:

  • 500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors

and across the street

  • 519 8th Avenue, 12th floor (between 35th and 36th)
  • All studios labeled with numbers are at 500 8th Avenue, 3rd and 4th floors.
  • All studios labeled with letters are at 519 8th Avenue, 12th floor.

School Notes:

Class end time will vary depending on the number of actors and the scenes that are assigned. Registrants are advised to budget extra time, as class time may run over.

Refund Policy

We regret that we are unable to give refunds under any circumstances.

  • If you cancel at least 3 business days before the scheduled time of your seminar, you will receive credit for monies paid.
  • The policy for an online class or special event is 8 business days prior to the start date in order to receive credit for monies paid.
If you cancel in time, credit is automatically returned to your account. If you are canceling late, no credit is given unless we find a replacement for you. We have, on occasion, been able to replace actors who cancel late with others from wait lists or who might be standing by. If you are replaced, as a courtesy, we will not charge you for the late cancellation. Please consider any late cancellation a charge on your account, and any resulting replacement a courtesy. You may want to readjust your schedule to attend since, although we do our best to have full seminars, we can never promise a replacement.

If you are a “no show” for a seminar, you will not receive credit under any circumstances.
