Using introductory principles and exercises, participants will learn and practice some basic stand-up / joke writing / storytelling techniques. Students can expect to walk away from this class with a better understanding of “what’s funny” and also receiving a bit of “stage time”.
Participation is strongly encouraged.
Instructor is experienced in creating a safe environment in which all may thrive.
*Workshop also includes NYC comedy show recommendations.
