Description

This is a class that's facilitated on Zoom.  This class must be completed by everyone who desires to obtain a NYS drivers license. Upon completion, the student will receive a MV-278 certificate; which is required in order to sign up for a road test and must be handed into the inspector on the day of their road test.


All services must be pre-paid before services will be rendered. Cancellations within 12 hours of the start of class will not be refunded. No shows will not be refunded.  The purchaser has up to three months to reschedule a class with us. After this time, the purchaser will lose all payment(s) for the class.


Please be in closed toe shoes, and wear prescription eye glasses (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Same Day Cancellations

  • Same day cancellations will be charged a slot reservation fee of $20.
  • If the service provider arrives at the agreed upon location that services are to occur, & the purchaser is not present, the purchaser loses that day of service(s).
Deposits & Refunds

  • Discontinuance of paid services requested (partial or fully paid) more than 3 business days before services begin, will receive 100% refund.
  • Discontinuance of paid services requested (partial or fully paid) less than 3 business days before services begin will be subject to lose 15% of purchase plus 8.25% (NYS tax fee if applicable).
  • Discontinuance of services after services have already started will receive a gift certificate that can be spent on any Defensive Driving, Pre-License, CDL, online class, Driving Lesson or Road Test service until the credit has been exhausted.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
