Join us on a whole new whiskey trail. We’ll get to know a few special examples from around the world through the prism of classic cocktails. The drinks we make will showcase the unique characteristics of whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, and the U.S.—including New York! Pick up cocktail-making tricks while enjoying a power-packed historical survey of whiskey in the spirit of ingenuity, rebellion, and regionalism.

This class includes a Q&A session with an Astor Center Instructor.
