When selecting your custom design, please ensure it follows our Design Guidelines to optimize the tufting process and achieve the best possible results.

What our team provides during your workshop:

  • Complete setup of your individual tufting station with all necessary equipment
  • Expert guidance delivered by experienced tufters throughout your session
  • Comprehensive assistance with preparation work and finishing techniques to complete your rug
  • Professional supervision and personalized direction for the entire duration of the workshop

Timeline for finished rug completion:

Our team requires 3 to 6 weeks to properly glue, trim, and perfect your rug, ensuring professional-quality results.

Refund Policy

Reschedules are permitted if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations are non-refundable.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
