Discover the art of alteration and learn how to perfect the fit of your garments in this private sewing class at the NYC School of Creativity. Whether you need to shorten pants or alter a dress, this course will save you time and money while inspiring you to pursue a new sewing hobby. The classes are intimate and are limited to one to two students per class.
It was a great class! I felt guided and comfortable enough to take on the challenges. I felt the teacher had a good vision for the class and it was not overwhelming.

During this course you will learn:

Project: Adjust and perfect the fit of one garment.
Fabric & Supplies: Students bring one garment to be altered in class.
Class size: 1-2 people, (two friends can sign up together)
Note: This class is for women students only.
Private lessons are subject to instructor availability. Exact time slot TBD with class provider.
We have a 3 business days cancellation policy. If you cannot attend the scheduled class, we offer rescheduling with a minimum of 3 business days notification by email.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
