One Day Wheel Classes:
- No Refund. 3 months valid credit if cancellation is made in writing to CourseHorse 6 business days prior to the class.
- Please note, a class can only be rescheduled once, and 6 business days advanced notice is required.
- Classes and/or Workshops booked less than a week prior to the start of the program are final sale; there will be no refunds or rescheduling available.
- There will be a $10 rebooking charged for each registration that is rescheduled.
7 or 8 Week Class Session:
- $125 deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be refunded for cancellations made in writing to CourseHorse no later than 8 business days prior to the start of the 7 or 8 week session. No refunds available thereafter.
- In the event CDC guidelines change before or during the course of the session and/or a studio shut down occurs, the class will transition to online instruction. Due to the impact of Covid-19 on small businesses, we will be unable to provide refunds or credits, even though online classes may not provide the same instruction than in person instruction.
- Please make sure you only register if you are comfortable with this policy.
Wheel Throwing Intensive:
- $280 will be refunded for cancellation made in writing 6 business days prior the start of the Wheel Throwing Intensive session. No refund or credit will be available after that.
- There is no make up class available for the wheel throwing class portion of these workshops, but the glazing class can be made up in a different session as long as absence notice was given in writing the week prior.
Clay Camp:
- $160 deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be refunded for cancellations made in writing to CourseHorse no later than 8 business days prior to the start of the camp.
- No refund or credit will be issued for missed classes.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
