What you'll learn in this art business course:
If you are interested in private labeling and product development, this course can strengthen your sourcing decision-making and increase your understanding of the world marketplace. Topics relating to the bottom line, costing, tracking, and quality control for both the manufacture of gemstones and materials will be discussed.
In this class you will learn how to:
Q: Can I make up a class if I miss one?
A: You are allowed one absence for a class. You will be able to make plans with the instructor on the first day of class to make arrangements to get any missed assignments. Usually you will meet the instructor 1 hour before the next class (following the class missed) to get caught up. Assignments can be emailed ahead of time.
In this class you will learn how to:
- Select the best factories to work with and gain insight for speed-to-market.
- Strengthen your code of conduct and compliance.
- Understand supplier profiles at the product and delivery level.
- Identify the suppliers that give you the greatest savings.
- Manage various stages of global sourcing.
- Maximize your business needs with supplies
- Gain an overall understanding of international requirements.
Q: Can I make up a class if I miss one?
A: You are allowed one absence for a class. You will be able to make plans with the instructor on the first day of class to make arrangements to get any missed assignments. Refund Policy
- You must cancel at least 8 business days before the class start date in order to receive a full refund less 5% cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is made less than 8 business days before the start date, half of the course fee will be forfeited and half will be held as credit to your account for future registrations.
Credit will be available for 3 months from the cancellation date to be applied to another class or workshop, after 3 months the credit will expire.
No refunds/credits once a class or workshop has begun.

The only thing I would recommend would be some visuals either in the form of a slideshow or pamphlets because it is quite a long workshop and visuals are always a good way to entertain an audience.
