In this collage workshop, you will receive some background on collage, learn collage techniques, and have a (loose) assignment provided to you to work on during class. We will cut, paste, rip, layer, tie, pile, arrange, glue, and more. We’ll use our hands, get crafty, and discover new creative outlets.
At the end of class, we’ll regroup to look at everyone’s pieces, and have a chance to dive deeper into the work and give feedback.
All materials will be provided (scissors, glue, magazines, paper, etc.) but you are also encouraged bring any other materials you want to work with.
You do not need any art experience to participate. All ages are welcome, and there is no pressure & no judgment, as each person’s collage style brings something different to the table.
No refund unless the school cancels the class.
We do honor change-of-date requests for in-person sketch classes with at least 5 business days' notice and for workshops with 8 business days' notice.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
