This course is designed for professionals who will use Microsoft Office Powerpoint 2010 to prepare presentations and be more productive in their work.


Customize the PowerPoint environment.
  • Customize a design template.
  • Add SmartArt graphics to a presentation.
  • Add special effects to a presentation.
  • Customize a slide show.
  • Collaborate on a presentation.
  • Secure and distribute a presentation.


In this Level 2 series of PowerPoint 2010, you will enhance your presentations by using features that will transform it into a powerful means of communication. You will customize the PowerPoint interface to suit your requirements and use features to create dynamic and visually appealing presentations. You will then finalize a presentation and secure it to authenticate its validity.

Lesson 4: Adding Special Effects to a Presentation

Lesson 7: Securing and Distributing a Presentation

Refund Policy

A student who cancels within 7 days of signing the enrollment agreement but before instruction begins receives all monies returned with the exception of the non-refundable registration fee.

Thereafter, a student will be liable for:

  • The non-refundable registration fee of $100 plus
  • The cost of any textbooks or supplies accepted plus
  • Tuition liability as of the student's last date of physical attendance
If Termination Occurs

  • Prior to or during the first week - 0% Penalty
  • During the second week - 25% Penalty
  • During the third week - 50% Penalty
  • During the fourth week - 75% Penalty
  • After the fourth week - 100% Penalty

The failure of a student to notify CourseHorse in writing of withdrawal may delay a refund of tuition.
