I like Mark's style very much. His sense of humor about the complexity of the process added a lot and made everyone feel comfortable. He was very good about repeating the material so that everyone could accomplish the assignments. He managed to cover a lot of ground while giving just enough detail to make us feel comfortable with a lot of different tools. It was nice to learn the program without ever becoming intimidated by it.

Question from AS
Hello, Do you get a workbook with this course? and are retakes allowed? Overall, what is included in comparison to similar workshops at other institutions?
Answer from Josh A. Verified Educator
You do receive a book with the class. We can allow a retake if you are completely unsatisfied, but only under specific circumstances and only after a certain amount of time has passed since you initially took the class. Depending on what other institution you are comparing us to. I will say that our instructors are also working freelancers and will bring much more up to date and real-world information to the classes since they aren't just instructors reading from a book.
