What you'll learn in this business writing class:
Does the blank page keep you paralyzed in fear? Become more confident with your business writing. In a relaxed four-session workshop, participants review the basics of grammar and punctuation, as well as engage in the process of writing: assignment/idea, pre-writing, writing and editing.
Exercises develop skills, so participants begin to write memos, reports, letters and documentation like professionals. This twelve-hour workshop provides a step-by-step approach to learning a contemporary style of writing that succeeds in the age of information.
Please note that this is an Information Session only and not an actual Professional Writing Class.

School Notes: Please don't forget to bring a valid ID. Students registering on or after the first day of class shall be assessed a non-refundable late registration fee of $10.00.
Refund Policy
Tuition refunds are calculated in accordance with the Tuition Refund Policy for those students who officially drop a class or classes during the first three weeks of the semester. Fees are not refundable.
- Drops prior to the first day of the semester: 95% Tuition Refund
- Drops during the first calendar week of the semester: 75% Tuition Refund
- Drops during the second calendar week of the semester: 50% Tuition Refund
- Drops during the third calendar week of the semester: 25% Tuition Refund
- No refund after the third calendar week of the semester.
Tuition will be refunded 100 percent for those courses which, at any time, are cancelled by the College. Failure to attend class, merely giving notice to the instructor, or stopping payment on a check is not considered an official drop or withdrawal.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
