Description
Electronic Health Records (E.H.R.) is a systematic collection of electronic health information about individual patients or populations.
Information is recorded in digital format that is capable of being shared across different health care settings, by being embedded in network-connected enterprise-wide information systems. Such records may include a whole range of data in comprehensive or summary form, including demographics, medical history, medication and allergies, immunization status, laboratory test results, radiology images, vital signs, personal stats like age and weight, and billing information.
Note: You must attend an Information Session prior to registering for this course. All students are required to take an entrance exam after the information session – an additional 2 ½ hours.

School Notes: Please don't forget to bring a valid ID. Students registering on or after the first day of class shall be assessed a non-refundable late registration fee of $10.00.
Refund Policy
Tuition refunds are calculated in accordance with the Tuition Refund Policy for those students who officially drop a class or classes during the first three weeks of the semester. Fees are not refundable.
- Drops prior to the first day of the semester: 95% Tuition Refund
- Drops during the first calendar week of the semester: 75% Tuition Refund
- Drops during the second calendar week of the semester: 50% Tuition Refund
- Drops during the third calendar week of the semester: 25% Tuition Refund
- No refund after the third calendar week of the semester.
Tuition will be refunded 100 percent for those courses which, at any time, are cancelled by the College. Failure to attend class, merely giving notice to the instructor, or stopping payment on a check is not considered an official drop or withdrawal.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
